The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for construction complete in-place, including approximately 2,500 cubic yards of excavation for channel and pond, 1,800 cubic yards of common borrow special (CV), 90 linear feet of 30" RC pipe storm sewer, 1,500 cubic yards of random riprap class II-IV, 320 square yards of reinforced soil slope, and 570 linear feet of toewood bench. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are required for this contract and all bidders must comply. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Minimum wage rates are predetermined and subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Contractors must read the wage scales and Division A of the Special Provisions as they apply to this project.
