Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Michael, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The 2023 Mill & Overlay Project consists primarily of bituminous roadway milling and repaving of numerous local streets, parking lot, and half basketball court. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 39,500 [SY] Mill Bituminous Surface (Tapered, Full Width) 3,500 [SY] Mill Bituminous Surface (Full Depth, Full Width) 24,000 [LF] Mastic Joint Adhesive 3,850 [TON] Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,C) - Roadway The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Michael shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
