The City of Doraville (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for preliminary engineering and right-of-way (ROW) acquisition services for a streetscape redesign project on New Peachtree Road and Shallowford Road, from the limits of the current New Peachtree Road streetscape (PI 0012612) south to Chamblee-Dunwoody Road. Questions about any aspect of the RFQ, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Austin Shelton via email at austin.shelton@doravillega.us. The deadlines for submission of questions relating to the RFQ are the times and dates shown in the (Schedule of Events- Section III). From the issue date of this solicitation until a successful proposer is selected and the award is made official and announced, respondents are subject to the Restriction of Communication The Community anticipates one (1) Multi-Phase, Project Specific contract to be awarded to one (1) firm, for the project/contract identified. The Community anticipates that the payment method could be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, cost per Unit of Work, or Specific Rates of Compensation. As a Project Specific contract, it is the Communitys intention that the Agreement will remain in effect until successful completion of the Preliminary Engineering (PE) phase of the projects. The Community may choose to utilize the selected consultant for construction revisions, administration, engineering and inspection. These items may be be included in the contract scope. Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification 03/15/2024 12:00 pm Last day for addendum publication 03/22/2024 12:00 pm Statements of Qualifications must be received by the Community prior to the deadline indicated in the Schedule of Events (Section III of RFQ). All expenses for preparing and submitting responses are the sole cost of the party submitting the response. The Community is not obligated to any party to reimburse such expenses. All submittals upon receipt become the property of the Community. Labeling information provided in submittals proprietary or confidential, or any other designation of restricted use will not protect the information from public view. Subject to the provisions of the Open Records Act, the details of the proposal documents will remain confidential until final award. The Community reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any technicalities associated with this submittal if deemed in the best interest of the Community The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
