Description: Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 14,300 SQ YD Full Depth Reclamation 16,500 SQ YD Remove Bituminous Pavement 1,730 CU YD Common Excavation 9,000 TON Bituminous Pavement 11,050 SQ YD Mill Bituminous Surface (2") 5,600 LIN FT Concrete Curb and Gutter 29 EA Refurbish Valve Box 2,630 SQ YD 4" Compacted Topsoil The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
