Site work for a civil project in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate work: Clearing of brush and debris Excavation and removal of accumulated sediment Grading of stormwater ponds Restoration of the project site The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. cThe City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the City Clerk and engineer will publicly view bids in the City Hall. The Council will consider such bids in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
