**As of February 1, 2024 this project was awarded to Rachel contracting at approximately 329k. For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate quantities: 6,380 CY Excavation-Channel and Pond 370 CY Excavation-Channel and Pond 20 EA Clearing and Grubbing 2,440 SY Rolled Erosion Prevention 121 CY Random Riprap Class III 0.9 ACRE Seeding he bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
