**As of February 20, 2024, project was awarded to Hydro-Klean, awarded amount is $526,407.20.** Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 13,856 LF CIPP Liner 5 LF CIPP Short Liner 6 EA Outside MH Drop Reinstatement 184 EA Service Reinstatement The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
