The project study area encompasses 127 acres, excluding street rights-of-way. The City Center site borders Grandview Boulevard (WCR 12) on the south, Colorado Boulevard (WCR 13) on the west, Second Street on the north, and Forest Avenue, Glen Creighton Drive, and the Sullivan Ditch on the east.
