Contractor warrants that it is fully qualified to perform the below-described Services and shall perform the Services following generally recognized professional practices and standards of Contractor’s profession, to the reasonable satisfaction of the County, and in strict accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. No adjustment or modification of the Contract Documents shall be allowed for any misunderstanding of the Services or of the terms and provisions contained in the Contract Documents. Services shall include: construction design of the Lawson Hill Trail connector from the intersection of CO Highway 145 to the County Interceptor Lot including coordination with and to the standards of the Colorado Department of Transportation. The project scope includes the design and construction of a 10’ wide shared use path from the existing pedestrian underpass beneath SH 145 along Society Drive to the Lawson Hill Park and Ride. The path will run along the north/west side of Society Drive from US145 ending at an access road to an existing gymnastic facility. The path is proposed to be asphalt or concrete depending on costs. Inquiries or questions on the contents and requirements of the RFQ will be accepted in written electronic form only. “Questions on Lawson Hill Trail Project (#26003 )”. The deadline for inquiries is Tuesday, March 12th at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, after which time no further inquiries will be addressed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
