Bond YES Value 5% Questions Due By 03/22/2024 at 16:00 Hours (EST) The Work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals; and of performing all work necessary to complete all specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled Clearing and Grubbing of US 21 Bypass and SC 51. The work generally consists of clearing and grubbing for the widening of US 21 and SC 51, the realignment of Gold Hill Rd., US 21 Business, Spring Hill Farm Rd., Old Nation Rd., etc; and performing all work necessary to complete all specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled Clearing and Grubbing of US 21 Bypass and SC 51. Completion time for the project will be 510 calendar days as set forth in the Agreement or until the Roadway Construction contract is awarded with written approval from York County. The contractor will start the work covered by The Department of the Army Regional General Permit SAC# 2015-00812 as soon as possible from the Notice to Proceed.
