Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Rockford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following requirements: o All exterior surfaces including siding, doors, posts, railings, porch ceiling, soffits, trim and cupola are to be stained except for two (2) sections due to new, non-compatible siding materials. Refer to Exhibit B for sections not to be stained. o Proper surface preparation shall be completed prior to product application. o Any hardware, glass, stone, floors, landscape, or other features that are not to be painted or stained will be protected. o Staining: All compatible brown surfaces shall receive one (1) coat of Cabot Semi-Transparent Stain + Sealer. o Exteriors of all metal doors to receive one (1) coat of Sherwin-Williams Pro-Industrial Acrylic Coating - Eggshell finish. o Color formulas to be provided by the Parks Department.
