Reference Number 0000344835 2024 Hot-in-Place Pavement for Commerce City with a renewable agreement. The work to be performed under this contract consists of performing Heating and Scarifying Treatment of E. 56th Avenue from Eudora Street to Quebec Street. Vendors are requested to separately submit pricing for Holly Street from E. 56th Avenue to E. 60th Avenue and E. 58th Avenue from Eudora Street to Monaco Street. Included work is edge milling, striping, and adjusting manholes and valves. The work is to be completed in compliance with Colorado Department of Transportation Specification Section 405. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, Republic Services, school districts, special districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable.
