Project consists of Provide all labor equipment and non-district supplied materials to complete a replacement of a standing seam metal and a two-ply modified roofing system. The replacement of metal will consist of removing an existing standing seam roofing system and installing a new standing seam roofing system. The flat roof replacement will consist of removal of existing BUR system. The contractor is to provide standing seam metal materials. The owner will provide Garland BUR materials. The contractor is to install. Work Schedule June 9, 2024 through August 1, 2024 Contractor shall possess at the time of its bid, the following classification(s) of Contractors California State license(s): B, C-39 A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, or a cashiers check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Proposal Form, as a guarantee that the Contractor will, within seven (7) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed or other direction, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the Services as stipulated in the bid. In addition, a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder. DVBE.
