All work shall be in accordance with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department Standard Specifications for Highway construction, Latest Edition, hereafter referred to as Standard Specifications, except as noted below. The price for the Item "Hydroseeding" shall include the mulch cover which shall consist of a Wood - Paper Blend applied by hydroseeder. The Hydro-mulch product will be subject to City of Jonesboro approval and applied in accordance with the manufaturer's instructions. Bid to provide erosion control items, labor, and equipment for the City of Jonesboro for 1 year. The Bidder agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after the issuance by the Owner of a "Work Order" and to complete the work in a timely manner. Should the work fail to be completed within in a timely manner or begin within ten (10) calendar days, the City reserves the right to assign work to the next bidder. Bidder shall submit a copy of their Arkansas State Contractor's License to qualify for award of this bid. License required. Liquidated damages shall be assessed beginning on the first day following the maximum delivery or completion time entered on this bid form and/or provided for by the plans and specifications. The City of Jonesboro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of any part of any bid received.
