This contract is for the cleaning and inspection of the hood systems on the ASU-Jonesboro campus, as per the following specifications. The required services are to commence July 1, 2024, and unless terminated sooner, shall continue in force for an initial period of five (5) years with the option to extend for two oneyear extensions, in accordance with the original terms of the contract upon mutual agreement in writing Completion of proposal review and contract selection March 2024. Intent to award letters emailed April 2024. The Bidder will obtain and maintain at its expense, and in its name, all necessary licenses and permits required to perform the services described herein. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof, and readvertise if deemed necessary. Awards will be made to the proposer whose proposal conforms to the RFP and in the sole judgement of the University, will be the most advantageous to the University.
