Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Apollo, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will consist of the contractor installing a new, approximately 800 S.Y. asphalt paved, 5 wide walking trail, minor site grading along trail edges, parking lot painting for ADA access to the new trail and alternate bid items of approximately 200 S.Y. of parking lot pavement repair and pavement overlay. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this contract. This project is being funded by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Apollo Borough in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid Proposal. Notice is hereby given that the bituminous price index in accordance with PennDOT Form 408 is applicable for the Contract. Apollo Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
