The City of Palmdale is requesting bid responses through this Invitation for Bid process for the supply and delivery of Pool Chemical Supplies. The requested commodities must meet the minimum specifications and requirements provided within this IFB. Pre-Bid Meeting:No The City of Palmdale is requesting bid responses through this Invitation for Bid process for the supply and delivery of Pool Chemical Supplies. The requested commodities must meet the minimum specifications and requirements provided within this IFB. If awarded, a Purchase Order (PO) will be the form of contract resulting from this solicitation. No minimum order quantity shall be required of the City of Palmdale. The City reserves the right to award a Purchase Order to multiple suppliers or to a single supplier, or to make no award, whichever is in the best interest of the City. Q&A DEADLINE Monday, April 1, 2024 @ 5:00 pm, PST The effective duration of the resulting purchase order contract shall be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 with the CITY reserving the option to extend the purchase order for two additional terms of one year each. All questions, inquiries and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted to City by the electronic clock in the bid management system no later than Monday, April 1, 2024 at 5:00 pm (PST).
