The Sultan School District is requesting proposals from construction firms interested in a structural demolition project for the Sultan School District Transportation Building. This project primarily consists of demolishing the structure, removing the concrete pad, removing all debris, and filling the mechanic pit. The District Seeks a General Contractor Who is Qualified for the Demolition and Removal of All Materials for an Approximate 6,000 Square Ft Structure. Components of the Proposal Should Include: 1. Physical Inspection of the Existing Structure 2. A Description of the Proposed Work That You Anticipate Performing 3. An Overview of Expected Materials Needed Along With Costs. 4. An Overview of Expected Prevailing Labor Costs to Complete the Necessary Work 5. A Contingency Plan for Unexpected Cost Over Runs 6. A Timeline for the Completion of the Work 7. A Confirmation That No Workers Involved in the Project Have Had Any Felony Convictions 8. A Confirmation That No Workers Involved in the Project Have Committed Any Crimes Against Children, to the Best of Your Knowledge 9. Your Ability to File an Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage With the Dept of Labor & Industries At the Onset of the Project. 10. Your Ability to File an Affidavit of Wages Paid With the Dept of Labor & Industries at the Completion of the Project 11. A Confirmation That You Are a Contractor in Good Standing With the State of Washington and Do Not Have Any Outstanding Disputes Over Labor Practices or Tax Violations 12. Letter of Interest Signed by Official of the Company 13. What Components of the Project Would Be Sub-contracted Out to Other Consultants.
