Site work and paving for a road / highway in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work shall include, but is not limited to: Remove and replace: ADA pedestrian curb ramps, curb and gutter, vertical curb and 4-to-6-inch-thick flatwork. Additionally: Asphalt patching (temporary and permanent), base preparation, utility adjustments, and all traffic control personnel and devices required to perform the work. The work located herein the contract documents shall be performed during the following working hours and as approved by the City Representative: o Day Work (residential streets): 7:00AM to 4:00PM o Day Work (Arterial/Collector Streets): 7:00AM to 3:00PM o Night Work: 8:00PM to 6:00AM with City Representative approval. o Weekends: 8:00AM to 3:00PM with City Representative Approval Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Bennett Ashbaugh at Bennetta@issaquahwa.gov. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids (if not compliant with RCW 39.04.350 & RCW 39.26.160) and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for the collective total of the schedule.
