Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, roadway excavation, removal and replacement of cement concrete sidewalk, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, HMA pavement removal and replacement, street tree and irrigation installation, roof drain tie-ins to existing storm system, and street amenity restoration in the City of Issaquah. Proposals shall be on the forms included in contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. The City of Issaquah reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
