Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, plans, specifications, etc., must request it in writing to the Purchasing Division by no later than 12:00 p.m. PST on MARCH 14, 2024, in order to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before the submission of their bids. The City of Victorville, in partnership with the Victorville Union High School District (District) is requesting quotes for the installation of a Musco Lighting System and supporting electrical infrastructure at the Hook Park Soccer Field located at 14973 Joshua Street, Victorville, CA 92394. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to all material and labor necessary to install a Musco lighting system and supporting electrical infrastructure per the attached DSA approved plans and specifications. The City already initiated the purchase of the Musco Lighting System. Attached in this Scope of Work is a Bill of Materials (BOM) included in that purchase. Do not include the lighting package and associated BOM in your quote. The contractor must include materials outside of the BOM and installation only. The Contractor shall comply with all OSHA requirements and safety guidelines associated with the work within this contract. All work shall be inspected and approved by the onsite DSA inspector. All materials shall be inspected by a DSA materials inspector. The following are the minimum requirements for this project. All quotes shall include a fully delivered installation of a Musco lighting system and supporting electrical infrastructure. Any deviation or exception must be clearly noted, explained, and included with your submitted quote. The Contractor shall begin work by the date specified in the City's Notice to Proceed informing him that the contract has been awarded and shall diligently prosecute the work so that all the work shall be completed before the expiration of HUNDRED FIFTY (150) CALENDAR DAYS, including the specified starting date.
