GBC Project#: #23RPR02580 Labor Commissioner #: EL-2024-238 SPWD Project #24-B013 Estimated Cost Range: $270,000 to 370,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Builders Risk Insurance, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth 3/29/2024 05:00:00 PM (PT) Questions Due Date 4/4/2024 05:00:00 PM (PT) Answers Due Date While the job walk is not mandatory, it is the only guaranteed opportunity for responders to walk and view the premises of the project.
