Napa County Department of Public Works requests proposals from qualified professional firms to provide environmental services and as needed other services, which may include but are not limited to civil engineering, traffic, biological, and cultural resources services. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, preparation of an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR), Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR), Local Historic Records Search, and other related services as required for this federally funded project. Napa County was awarded the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 11 grant to upgrade outdated guardrail segments in Napa County. The objective of this project is to significantly reduce fatalities and serious injuries on public roads through use of guardrail as a safety barrier for vehicles and bicyclists. All questions shall be submitted on 03/15/2024 at 1:00 PM PT and directed in writing to Sydney Barclay, at sydney.barclay@countyofnapa.org.
