Construction Management Services. Firms to indicate in their submission of qualifications if they are submitting for one, two or all three of the projects listed above. To avoid a conflict of interest, a firm who is providing services on a project on behalf of the University is precluded from participating as a member of the contractor's team. Services are for pre-construction and construction phase consulting may include cost estimating, constructability plan reviews, schedule analysis and similar duties. Services may also include project management duties, in high coordination with University's representative, including coordination of design and construction submittals, requests for information, change orders, coordination meetings, contractor pay applications, testing, inspections, permitting, commissioning, punch lists and project close out. Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy. Each consultant may be required to show evidence of its equal employment opportunity policy. The successful consultant and its sub-consultants will be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Professional Services Agreement and to pay prevailing wage at the location of the work if applicable.
