All work necessary to complete the project that consists of the wastewatertreatment plant improvements base bid consisting of Mobilization, Bonds and Insurance (maximum of 3% of the total bid); replacement of grit removal system at the treatment plant headworks, and a new 300 kw generator and automatic transfer switch at Pump Station #1 with demolition of the existing generator and generator building. Add Alternates: All work necessary to complete the Add Alternate projects that consists of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) improvements to replace two(2) clarifier drives, and construction of a new vac truck receiving area
