Site work and paving for a civil project in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting bids from contractors for the Indiana Street Sanitary and Storm Sewer Main Replacement project which is located on Indiana Street between South 17th Street and South 12th Street, in St. Charles Illinois, Kane County. The existing (and proposed) sanitary sewer flows from East to West, along the Center/Northern side of the road and parkway. The project consists of the construction of a 12" PVC sanitary sewer, storm sewer removal and replacement, water main removal and replacement and all associated appurtenances. The project also includes surface paving and restoration and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer. All project work is to take place within the City of St. Charles, Illinois. Question Deadline 03/22/2024 at 8:00 AM CT. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Anticipated Award Date: May 06, 2024
