All bidders must be licensed as required by the State of Tennessee. The bidder's name, license number, classification qualifying the bidder for this work and the expiration date shall be on the sealed envelope containing the bid. The words "Street Striping Contract Bid", along with the date and time of the bid listed above shall also be on the outside of the envelope. If the envelope containing the bid is not properly prepared, the bid will not be opened. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be the most favorable to the interests of the City. The project is opened to all qualified bidders, regardless of whether they are on attached bid list. The work shall consist of repainting existing centerline, shoulder and miscellaneous striping work. The colors shall match the existing. The term of the agreement shall be for two (2) year with option to renew for two (2) additional year. Bid shall be sealed in an envelope with the bidder's name, address, the bid opening time and date and the quotation "Street Striping" stated plainly on the outside.
