This RFP invites companies to submit sealed proposals describing their approach and proposed costs within the minimum criteria and scope of work set by the City. The City of Oberlin desires to expand the recreational opportunities of its residents by constructing a splash pad. Construction of a splash pad will provide a safe and healthy outdoor water recreation option from late spring until early fall. This type of facility is not currently available in our parks.
