**As of June 13, 2024, project was awarded to England Construction, awarded amount is $733,223.83.** The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to build six pickleball courts at the South Jordan East Riverfront Park located at approximately 10900 S Riverfront Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the Construction of Six (6) Pickleball Courts, Demolition, Including Underground Utilities in Project Area; Clearing, Grubbing, and Removal of Debris; Site Preparation; Material Sampling and Testing; Earthwork; Furnishing and Installation of Post- Tensioned Concrete Courts; Furnishing and Installation of Concrete Flatwork; Furnishing and Installation of Netting, Chain Link Fencing, and Related Appurtenances; Court Surfacing and Striping; Furnishing and Installation of Electric Conduits; Furnishing and Installation of Benches; Furnishing and Installation of Miscellaneous Irrigation Items; Quality Control; All Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit. Contractor is expected to coordinate with the representative of MUSCO lighting. South Jordan City will supply the Court Lighting Fixtures.
