The proposer's prime contractor (and architect, if possible) must attend the pre-submittal meeting. All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in this document. Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the District. Proposals will be opened at this same office immediately following the closing date and time.
