Clatsop County Building and Grounds is requesting quotes for providing custodial services to the following facilities addresses: o County Sheriff's Office at 1190 SE 19th St Warrenton OR 97146 o County Animal Shelter at 1315 SE 19th St Warrenton OR 97146 o County Emergency Management offices at 91372 Rilea Pacific Rd. Bldg 7404 ISBPP Warrenton OR, and EOC 91204 Rilea McCarter Rd Bldg 7022 Warrenton OR 97146. The following information is provided to assist the Contractor in understanding the scope of services needed by the County for its facilities. The County takes pride in providing an exceptionally clean and safe environment at all times for its visitors and employees, and expects the custodial services firm to demonstrate this same pride in their work performance. All rights and remedies of County shall be cumulative and may be exercised successively or concurrently. The foregoing is without limitation to or waiver of any other rights or remedies of County according to law The price established by the contract shall remain fixed for the initial contract period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. An estimated cost increase for 2025-2026 shall also be provided. Any proposed price adjustment for subsequent contract periods, shall be submitted to the County no later than January 31st (for budgeting purposes) of the previous fiscal year.
