The selected firm or individual will evaluate current water storage capacity, assess future needs, identify and analyze water storage alternatives, conduct site evaluations, prepare feasibility studies and draft designs, and work with the Oregon State Dam Safety Program or dam certification. The project is expected to be completed within 8 months of the start date. The City of Warrenton seeks a highly skilled and experienced consultant with expertise in water storage projects and dam safety certification. The City reserves the right to reject such proposals for any reason.
