As of September 23, 2025, this project was canceled due to budget constraints. Project Location: County Jail, 1250 SE 19th St. Warrenton Oregon 97146. Proceed with approved Contract work September 1,2024. Scope of Work: Remove existing walk-in refrigerator and cooler box. Retain refrigeration and cooler units. Procure replacement refrigerator/ cooler box with specifications that are identical or nearly identical. Current Walk in Freezer specifications Exterior 16.5' wide by 16' long by 8' tall, interior refrigerator 7.5' wide by 16 feet deep by 92" tall, freezer 7.5' wide by 16 feet deep by 92" tall. Ensure that new boxes can accommodate existing cooler units obtained from the old boxes. Replace and install refrigerator and cooler box and reconnect corresponding cooler units. Provide warranty for all work and equipment after installation. The County reserves the right to waive minor informalities and reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause, including Bidder responsibility any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so.
