Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $90K to $135K for Base Bid and Alternates. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work in general consists of providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and workmanship necessary to remove and replace four (4) existing gas fired furnaces with new high efficiency electric heat pump (HP) systems for cooling and heating operations. Items not indicated in the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings that can be legitimately and reasonable inferred to complete the work must be furnished by the Contractor as though it were detailed herein. This document must be viewed electronically to access files, forms, provisions or other documents provided via hyperlinks within this ITB.
