Reduced Pressure Zone and Mixing Valve Installation A site visit for interested parties may be held upon written request via email to nathan.carver@va.gov. All site visit requests and questions must be submitted to nathan.carver@va.gov, due no later than 05/02/2024 2:00PM (CST). Please pay close attention to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors (pg.32) Contract type is firm fixed price (FFP) This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 combined with FAR Part 13. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW to repair five (5) Reduced Pressure Zones (RPZs) and install 60 mixing valves located on the VHSO Main Campus at 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. All repairs and installations shall be tested to ensure functionality is proper prior to the period of performance end date. B. Contractor must provide a written schedule for contract work to the COR within 10 days of award for review and approval. Work shall be scheduled such that it will not impair VHSO operations. Work will not commence work without written approval from the COR. C. The Contractor or their designated Point of Contact must return phone calls and emails from the COR within 24 hours. D. Contractor provides, installs, and tests for proper operation of 60 mixing valves on the below listed sinks. The contractor is responsible for selecting the required valves and associated materials that are compliant with Federal, State and Local codes, as well as VA design requirements. The water discharge temperature shall be set to meet current VHA requirements. The deadline for questions is now 05/17/2024 via email to nathan.carver@va.gov.
