Roofing Gutter Installation and Maintenance The intent of this document is to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City of Denton (City) for Roofing, Gutter, and Downspout Services with installation, maintenance, and repair services for various city buildings. The city has 206 buildings with over 1.5 million sq. ft. of operation space that has the potential for repair, renovation, or maintenance. The type and condition of the Roofing, Gutter, and Downspout Services, and repair can take place indoors and outdoors, in basements, tight spaces, elevated spaces, and other various working sites. The job sites will be located within city infrastructure located within the City of Denton. The Roofing, Gutter, and Downspout Services will be performed on an as needed basis to assist the City with renovations, remodels, replacement, and maintenance of existing and new assets. RIGHT TO INFORMATION: The City of Denton reserves the right to use any and all information presented in any response to this contract, whether amended or not, except as prohibited by law. Selection of rejection of the submittal does not affect this right.
