Shawnee County Facilities Management is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of exterior store front doors at the North Annex facility, 1515 NW Saline, Topeka, KS, per the following minimum requirements. Scope: Provide as noted or similar of equal quality. Manko Storefront Aluminum Architectural Panel package with medium stile 4'-0"x 7'-0". Dark Bronze finish to match existing with 2" frame, 1" tinted bronze insulated tempered glass with integrated hardware. Include Vestibule Package. Assa Abloy (Besam) - SW200i Heavy-Duty Operator, Dark Bronze, OS 51" - exterior Assa Abloy (Besam) - SW100i Light-Duty Operator, Dark Bronze, OS 39" - interior Electric latching push panic with cylinder on exterior door, power supply and electric power transfer. Nonelectric push panic on interior door. Full mortise continuous hinges, surface mounted closers, pull handles with 10" offset, door sweeps and thresholds.Exterior door closure to be single Assa Abloy (Besam) SW 200i heavy duty operator low energy set-up. Door activation of (2) two wireless push plate activation devices (vestibule package group) with lock monitoring latch retry, Electronically controlled torque (ECT) with 3 position rocker switches in the header (on-off-hold open). ESEC Security board interface with mag lock and access control hardware. ESAF Safety board with easy plug in for door mounted safety sensors. Interior door to be single Assa Abloy (Besam) SW 100i light duty operator low energy set-up. Door activation of (2) two wireless push plate activation devices (vestibule package group) with lock monitoring, latch retry, Electronically controlled torque (ECT) with 3 position rocker switches in the header (on-off-hold open).
