Additional work included removal & replacement of existing sidewalk, driveway aprons. Contractor shall remove and replace all curb, and curb/gutters with new curb & gutters either barrier or mountable as indicated on the plans. Storm sewers shall be removed and replaced or relocated along with newer sewer structures at locations shown on the plans. Contractor shall submit Shop Drawings for approval prior to ordering any proposed sewer structures. The contract is to be awarded to the responsible bidder whose BID meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the RFB and who will enter into an acceptable contract as may be determined by the city.
