Reference Number 0000345848 Job Location: Walnut Hills Elementary 8195 E Costilla Blvd, Centennial, CO 80112 Cherry Creek School District is seeking a General Contractor (GC) partner to repair and replace the retaining wall, and subsequent railings, at Walnut Hills Elementary School located within Cherry Creek School District. The retaining wall spans approximately 150 feet adjacent to the playground on the North/Northwest side of the school. These improvements will replace a longstanding safety hazard with a structurally sound and aesthetic pleasing solution. The project objective is further identified in Exhibit A - Scope of Work/Schedule of Items as well as the project description provided in the RFP solicitation supplemental attachments.
