SSPRD has demolished existing structures and desires to complete property line fencing and an access gate at S. Franklin Street. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Install approximately (+/- 595 LF) post and wire fence. 2. Install approximately (+/- 140 LF) ranch rail fence. 3. Install 4'X10' ranch gate with heavy duty hinges. 4. Distribute soil spoils onsite. 5. Obtain all permits required by local and state agencies. 6. Additional work not stated but reasonably inferred to complete the scope.
