The County may, at its sole discretion reject any and all, or parts of any or all, Offers submitted by prospective Contractors including, but limited to, the following conditions: The County chooses to re-advertise this Solicitation. Arapahoe County is requesting a formal response for Construction services which includes constructability review, pricing, and construction for the proposed improvements. The Contractor must be capable and willing to work closely with the Owner and Design Architect to maintain budget and schedule. The Contractor must also oversee all subcontractors performing the construction work in a secure area. General Contractors are to provide full service contracting services. The General Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services specified herein. The information requested in this section will be utilized to judge the background and experience of proposed firm and the individuals to be assigned to the project specifically in relation to this specialized scope of work.
