Reference Number 0000349943 Job Location: Centennial, Colorado Project Description: The construction of new sidewalk improvements as shown in the plans including unclassified excavation, removing and replacing curb & gutter, concrete crosspans, removing, replacing, and installing concrete curb ramps and aprons, installation of truncated domes, and installation of 6 inch thick concrete sidewalk of varying widths. Question Deadline 05/02/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Pre-bid questions must be submitted in writing through online. Each Bid must be accompanied, in a sealed envelope, separate from the one containing the Bid, by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Centennial. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bond to be issued by a responsible corporate surety approved by the City. The City reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Capitalized terms defined in the Instruction to Bidders have the meaning assigned in the General Conditions.
