As of October 23, 2025, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in September 2029. A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Dearborn County Br #14, Bells Branch Road, Bridge replacement (Des # 2301597) in the Seymour District. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects.
