Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dillsboro, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Town of Dillsboro is requesting Bids for the construction of 2024-2 CCMG Street Improvements. The project includes the seal coating, striping, and HMA patching of approximately 2,100 linear feet of Main Street, mill and resurface of 800 linear feet with HMA patching and storm sewer repair on Western Row, and the full-depth reconstruction of approximately 320 feet of Guion Street. On Guion Street the existing sidewalk, curbing, pavement, etc. will be removed and replaced with full depth HMA, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, and storm sewer improvements. Watermain along with associated water service will be included. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A fully executed contract with the Contractor will be necessary by March 6th, 2025 The Town of Dillsboro reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Town of Dillsboro.
