Professional Administrative Services regarding Competitive Negotiation Method of procurement of Administrative Services including the following, as applicable: Grant Administration Environmental Review Labor Standards Compliance The Town of Dillsboro is seeking proposals for the above-listed professional services. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Dearborn County, on behalf of the Town of Dillsboro, received Stellar funds from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to make construction of new sidewalks, and intersection improvements, such as upgraded crosswalks and ADA-compliant ramps. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES NEEDED: The selected applicant organization will assist the Town of Dillsboro in meeting all administrative requirements related to the implementation of projects utilizing CDBG funds including, as applicable, environmental review, property acquisition/easements, financial preparation, monitoring and reporting, wage rate reporting, construction bid preparation (with engineer), civil rights compliance, other record keeping and related administrative monitoring throughout the project close-out.
