June 15, 2024 Estimated start date The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town. The contract and its award process are not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B or the Designer Selection Law, Chapter 7C. Issuance of this Request for Proposal does not signify the Town's submission of this service to the provisions of the Act, and the contract and award will be made at the Town's discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. Award of a contract resulting from this Request for Proposal shall be in strict accordance with the requirements of this document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
