Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the following: The work to be done under this contract consists of the creation of demising wall(s) located in the area currently occupied by the Conservation & Building Departments. The work to be done consists construction of two (2) separate demising walls with doors and a serving window. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149. Any questions about this IFB should be directed in writing to John Bugbee, Asst. Town Manager by email to jbugbee@wayland.ma.us. All questions are to be received no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, March 25th, 2024. The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
