Site work for a road / highway in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Contract Term The initial term of the contract is for a period of Three (3) years) from May 1, 2024 through May 1, 2027, subject to annual funding. The Work consists of the renewal of existing pavement markings on existing roadways and placement of markings on reconstructed roadways in Wayland, as well as renewal of existing pavement markings on existing parking lots. The work is primarily associated with the traffic control pavement markings on the public roads in Wayland and parking lots pavement markings at various locations in Town. The Town may elect to modify, delete or add locations as to schedule and availability of funds. The limits and extents of work are not guaranteed. Any questions regarding this Invitation For Bids shall be directed in writing no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024, to John Bugbee, Assistant Town Administrator, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 or via email to jbugbee@wayland.ma.us The work of this contract is for services associated with the renewal of existing pavement markings and placement of new roadway markings on public roads in Wayland. Associated controls for traffic, environmental protection and siltation control are included. Work during the night will be required. Roadway Line Painting Services. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals, in Whole or in Part, for Roadway Line Painting Services as Determined to Be in the Best Interest of the Town and to Waive Minor Informalities.
