Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including installation of the EV golf cart chargers and associated system, EV charger cable trays and cable retractors, lighting panels, main service disconnect, coordination with DTE for new XFMR along new service connections, placement of EV Charging Stations, all civil site work required along with restorations, and all incidental construction items at Willow Metropark Golf Course in Wayne County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
