Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Madison, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking SEALED Bids from interested firms to reconstruct the natural turf youth football field at Exchange Field located at 64 Surf Club Road Madison, Connecticut 06443. The work to be performed for the project is a removal of the existing turf at the football and reconstruct the field with improved grading, new sod, improved soil conditions, and an upgraded irrigation system. All onsite work including demolition and installation will happen between May 1, 2024 and August 1, 2021. All work is to be done under Prevailing Wage, Bid bonds and Performance bonds are required, as specified within. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its' sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town.
